Exceptionally malted, fermented, and distilled by craftsman in the distillery, the Ryukyu Whiskey is made from the best quality Indica rice and unique Okinawa’s black koji, and then reserved in Spanish Sherry casks and selected American Kentucky bourbon casks for more than 8 years. Nose: perfume of oak barrel, vanilla, plum, fresh sweetness. Palate: Sweetness from bourbon and sherry oak cask, dry fruits, comfortable spiciness. Finish: Licorice, perfume, vanilla, spices.
