1. Are the products sold on FORYOU authentic?

We are committed to maintaining high standards of our supply chain integrity and ensuring the authenticity of the products delivered to our customers. If you happen to purchase an item not to your expectations, please kindly write in to our Customer Service Team at cs@foryou.shop.

 

2. Is the range of products sold on FORYOU limited to what’s available currently?

FORYOU will be bringing in more products very soon!

We would also love to hear from our customers, on what you would like to see in our shop that we do not carry currently! We are open to hearing your suggestion and feedback on our product range and service, just drop us an email at cs@foryou.shop.

 

3. What should I do when items in my cart are Out Of Stock?

To know when the product is back in stock, we suggest clicking “Add to Waitlist” located on the specific product page. You will receive an email as soon as the item is available. This feature is only available if you have an account with us.

 

4. How long does it take to deliver your ordered products to you?

We strive to deliver to you as efficiently as we can, within 2-4 working days.

All orders will be confirmed and assigned to delivery partners in 1-2 working days once payment has been completed and received, and delivery will be scheduled for the next 1-2 working days.

However, the delivery may be subjected to delay due to high sales volume during promotions, or delivery partners’ schedules. We seek your kind understanding if there is any unexpected delay in the delivery process.

 

5. Can I return the products?

We have a 7 business days free return policy.

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any defective or wrong items received. However, we do not accept change of mind returns.

6. Can I revise my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
We want to deliver your purchases on time, therefore we are unable to amend any orders after payment is made. Any changes to your order may cause a delay in the delivery of your parcel.

We currently do not accept change of mind returns. Exchanges, returns, and refunds are only applicable if you have an incorrect, defective, or damaged item or if an item is missing from your order.

 

7. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been confirmed. To check the status of your order, please log in to your account. Click on “Orders” within the drop-down menu to view your order history.
